Video Call Fault Finding.
We’ve had a few call outs recently where, when we arrive on site the fault could be something as minor as a MCB or RCD having tripped and needing to be reset. Obviously this can be very embarrassing for some people especially if they are using our Emergency Call Out Service.
So ive decided to add this to aid any future clients with similar issues. The cost for this will be £30, this gives you about 10-15minutes video call and a run through of what to do to fix the fault. If were unable to fix the issue by a video call then the £30 will be waived and only the call out charge applied IF used. If you do not want us to come out we will only charge for the Video Call.
