Use of our emergency call out service will cost £60 for the call out and then £40 an hour. In this time, we will aim to completely rectify the problem or make the problem safe until a more convenient time to carry out the works.

Re-Wires, Extensions, Alterations and New Builds
Covering all of the larger projects to domestic and commercial buildings, we have gained a vast knowledge and understanding in what it is you, the client wants, enabling us to aid you all the way through the project and give any necessary guidance, advice and maybe some new ideas!
Apart from the major works (rewires, extensions and alterations) we also carry out smaller projects which can improve your property’s safety and efficiency without spending a small fortune. These projects can range from a consumer unit change, a LED lighting upgrade or just some extra security lighting.
Consumer Unit Changes
The cost of a consumer unit change starts from £350, with this we can supply you with a new 17th edition amendment 3 split load consumer unit, full test and certification of all the circuits within the installation, checks to your main bonding, and meter tails. Along with a full log and recommendations list of any defects or faults we find.
LED Lighting Upgrade
We can halogen lamps from your old downlights or any other fitting to LED lamps which whilst using much less electricity, still give out the same amount of light. A smart investment for anyone. We can also remove any old fitting and replace with an integrated high-powered LED downlight, which all come fully water and fireproof so can be used almost anywhere around the home. The cost of this will differ from property to property but will range from as little as £5 – £25 per fitting.
External and Garden lighting
Whether it’s taking power down to a shed, an external socket, or just some additional security lighting we can supply and install something to fit your needs whilst keeping a clean, tidy, minimalistic appearance to the property.
Electrical Installation Condition Report
Starting from £250 we can provide you with a full test and inspection of your property we can provide you with a detailed report of the condition of the electrical system, certification and a list of any recommendations.
Video Call Fault Rectification
Before calling us out we are happy to try and resolve a minor fault you may have by a video call, saving you time and money! The cost of this is £30. We will give a 10-15minute video call and run through the stages to try and rectify the fault. If we are unable to fix this via a video then we move towards a call out, unless you don’t want to go ahead with the call out then only the £30 charge applies.

For any one that is currently serving or has served in any of the armed forces, and anyone that is currently working as a police officer, part of the fire brigade or the NHS you will receive a 10% discount off the total labour price for any work we do for you. All you need to do is let us know prior to us looking and pricing the job.
